Saying Goodbye

One last wave goodbye while going through security.

Dave flew out at 8:00 this morning. It was hard to say goodbye but we got through it. When we got home we really didnt feel up to going to church so we decided to stay home and sleep the day away instead. Maybe we felt if we slept we wouldnt have to think about it. Maybe we were just emotionally drained. I dont know. But it did feel good to just sleep.

Bedtime was really hard tonight. Three kids and one wife missing their dad and husband makes for a lot of tears. The kids have each chosen a picture of dad to keep with them, that has helped for now. We have alot of people praying for us, we will lean on God for our comfort and strength.

We really miss you Dave. We love you lots
